Sustainable Business Solutions for the Built Environment
We work with Building and Facilities Owners & Managers, Contractors and Service Providers. We support their efforts to get their buildings into compliance with Building Performance Standards, like Energize Denver and Colorado Regulation 28. We start with Data Benchmarking, Verifications, Audits and then move towards Alternate Compliance Pathways. Then, leveraging a network of service providers and partners, we help implement the Energy Efficiency Measures. Sourcing and stacking financial incentives, we set up our clients' facility operations for efficiency upgrades and improvement projects, adding value to the asset, lowering operating costs, and creating triple-bottom line wins. We are happy to act as a resource for lenders, service providers and ancillary businesses. We enjoy client education and collaboration with other professionals serving the built environment.
